Snowing Spell

The Snowing Spell is a Moon Ring's spell to make it start snowing, similar to a merperson's natural power called Cryokinesis.

History[]

In "Blizzard", when Lyla and Sirena tried to cast the Rain Stopping Spell without Nixie, they caused snowfall indoors by accidentally casting the Snowing Spell. This spell that makes it snowfall on over Rita's grotto, as well as causing Lyla's power to boiling water to be reversed into Hydro-Cryokinesis when she tried to thaw the pool.
