Coach Norris is one of the supporting characters in Mako: Island of Secrets.

Biography[]

Norris is the swimming team coach in Suncoast High. After one of his swimmers hurt his leg, he asked Zac Blakely to join his team, but Zac refused. Cam Mitchell however volunteered, and Zac also recommended him. Coach was very impressed by Cam's performance, and gave Cam a spot in the championship. Unknown to Coach, Cam had temporary powers, but during the championship Cam swam without powers and came last. The loss weighted heavily on coach, because he has been trying to win the school championship for twelve years, without winning it once.
