Allie is married to NHL Player Andrew Cogliano who currently plays for the Colorado Avalanche. They welcomed their first child, a daughter named Lottie Filomena Cogliano who was born on February 17, 2019. She and Andrew welcomed their second daughter Olive Bea Cogliano on January 8, 2021. On May 5, 2023 her and Andrew welcomed their third daughter Poppy James Cogliano.
